The heat continues...

After a 38°C-39°C weekend, the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts Tuesday will be the coolest day next week with a maximum of 34°C - then it hots up to to 37°C by Thursday.

The heatwave will be the longest experienced in March since 1940 when seven days of 35°C temperatures were last experienced.

It will also be the third time in the history of Bureau of Meteorology records in Adelaide that such a long run of hot days is recorded.
Urgh...

I'm just thankful that we're going to be in Sydney for most of next week... but from the sounds of it the heat will continue until Friday and beyond... so I'm gunna come back to a stinkyhot house... *sigh*

You know, I remember back in the day when Autumn actually meant the weather got cooler.
