Oh dear... that's not a good sound...My computer has started making a slight whining sound occasionally... it sounds like it's coming from the fan or something... like it's having to strain or speed up to catch up with itself... and I think the last time it made noises like this it meant that the power supply was not long for this world...
Of course, last time my computer support personnel weren't either in another country or else deceased...
Bollocks, bollock, bollocks, bollocks...
I think I'm going to have to turn it off tomorrow, open up the case and euthanise all the dust bunnies in there...
