There's not a whole lot going on in the World of Yani today... work was appropriately full of actual work, plus our usual diversions into the world of pop culture. I went to The Body Shop at lunch for some more Face Protector... okay, while I don't actually remember how much I paid for it the last time I bought some, it's now about $27 a tube... which seemed a touch excessive to me, but I bought it anyway.
I made a passable warm chicken salad for dinner tonight, only I bought a whole head of lettuce (normally I just buy the loose leaves) and when I got it back out of the fridge to make the salad, all these teeny tiny little "lettuce bugs" just started appearing out of the (I think) rootball. Eww, and also freaky... and of course I've now got that phantom feeling that there are little bugs crawling on me. Less fun.
I have Party Animals on in the background... and I kinda wish I'd been taping/watching the whole series... it's not bad. But partly I have it on because it's got the new Doctor Who, Matt Smith in it. Nummy! I've seen him in a few things (The Sally Lockhart Mysteries, Secret Diary of a Call Girl... interestingly most of the stuff I've seen him in has also had Billie Piper in it, and now he's the new Dr Who, so they could very well end up working together again), so I can't wait to see what he does once he straps on the sonic screwdriver...

I love 'Party Animals'. Whilst Matt Smith is cute, I would do anything for Andrew Buchan who plays his older brother in the series. Andrew is seriously sexy in my eyes.
Yeah I saw him after I finished the blog post... he was mock-humping Mr Smith... and then they both danced badly. I think I'll keep Le Smith though :)
