This is another version of the artwork from the centre of last Saturday's montage... it was a great piece of art... with all the layers and the lighting that moved and changed...It's been one of those days where I never quite got to finish anything that I started, what with discussions and interruptions and my opinion being sought on various things and the fact that it was the Friday before a long weekend... well, I was just glad to finally get out of the office.
I mentioned on Twitter earlier this week that plans were afoot for the next instalment Yani on Tour (the second for the year)... and while nothing has been officially booked as yet, I can say that come the beginning of November, we're heading back to Sydney! Possibly for five days, I'm not completely sure yet. But I do know that we'll be there in time for Sculpture By The Sea, which I'm very excited about... so that's more or less a day in itself right there...
I also want to explore the city in more detail this time... we didn't really do that much in the CBD itself last time, so I think it would be nice to do some exploring... we'll see I guess...
I can't get too excited until we start officially booking flights and things, but holidays have been approved and, in my case, placed on The Big Board of Staff Movement, which makes it a little bit official.
I definitely need to take the week off though... even if we don't end up going for the full five days, since I really haven't had a proper holiday like that in what feels like forever... it's always been divided over a weekend, which never feels quite as much of a break.
