Another shot from The Book of Sidestreets and Alleyways...This was just painted on the back of a sign for a carpark... I have no idea what the symbol means... it does look a little like a person though, with the round head and the two shorter arms and two longer legs.
Actually it reminds me a little bit of an old time diving suit...
