You must see 12 Angry Men - it is absolutely brilliant. Set in one room pretty much, and black and white so it doesn't sound like it's going to be good, but it is probably my favourite of the top 100.

They were getting a little desperate towards the second half of the list weren't they!

Yeah, I remember you mentioning 12 Angry Men on your blog once as a favourite movie (on a different meme I think), so I did think of you briefly as I sailed right past the title... I saw part of one of the remakes on teevee once, so I kind of know the tone of the thing (sans the B&W), but I dunno...

And as far as the desperation goes, well, that's what happens when you let the public vote on these things... it's also why a couple of really recent movies show up in the list (numbers 34, 41, 71, 74, 88 and 95) which may not still be there in twelve month's time...
