Back in 2010 I featured Aaron Taylor-Johnson as a previous Hotness right after I saw the first movie. Granted, back then he was just Aaron Johnson... he's now married to a woman who's officially twice his age, and they have two kids (and to which I say... half her luck).
Looking at images of Taylor-Johnson, he's something of a chameleon... long hair, short hair, curly hair, dreadlocks, facial hair... even blonde hair (which is a bit of a strange look)... what's really interesting to me is how solid and buff he looks in a couple of these shots... I think in my head he still has the more slender body type he had in the first Kick-Ass movie... but he's definitely filled out nicely.

You are certainly right about him being a chameleon; he has many different looks. If his acting range matches his range of appearances then he has quite a future as a performer.
