Street artist Ghost Patrol came to town and painted Topham Mall along with Matt Stuckey... and I wandered down at lunchtime to snap some photos.
It was also a day for street art news... the Hotel Minima on Melbourne Street has gotten Matt Stuckey to oversee the project that will see every one of its rooms painted by a South Australian artist.
Which just makes me want to stay in a hotel in my own suburb.
Of course, given the hot weather at the moment that doesn't sound like a stupid idea.
